Product Description

Carvedilol Tablets are considered to be non-selective beta blockers that are indicated for treatment of left ventricular syndrome and high blood pressure. Carvedilol has bioavailability of 25 to 35% with protein binding ability of 98%. Having chemical formula C24H26N2O4 with molar mass of 406.474 g/mol, they get metabolized in liver by CYP2D6 and CYP2C9. These tablets are also prescribed for treating mild to severe congestive heart failure. Carvedilol Tablets are beta adrenergic receptor blockers that work by binding reversible to beta adrenergic receptors on cardiac myocytes. This activity of these tablets results in decrease in heart rate & contractility.
