Product Description

Venlafaxine Extended Release Tablets IP are antidepressants that are indicated to be used for treatment of social phobia, panic disorder, and depression. They are SNRI that work by inhibiting transporter reuptake proteins and have bioavailability of about 42 +/- 15%. These tablets increase concentration of serotonin & norepinephrine neurotransmitters to exert their activity. Up to 92% of oral dose of Venlafaxine Extended Release Tablets IP get absorbed in blood circulation and gets metabolized by CYP2D6 in liver. Active compound of these tablets has chemical formula C17H27NO2 with molar mass of 277.402 g/mol.
