Naltrexone present in these tablets serves as their active compound with molecular formula C20H23NO4 and molar mass of 341.401 g/mol. They show bioavailability range of 5 to 40% with protein binding ability of 21%. These tablets get metabolized in liver with elimination half life of around 4 hours.
