Used for the treatment of hepatitis C, Hepcinat LP Tablet is used for combination therapy with other drugs and help mitigate the spread of HCV through the patients body. Patients suffering from kidney problems, liver issues or are undergoing dialysis for any underlying kidney problems should inform doctors about any medication they may be taking. Consumed orally, the tablet can be taken before and after meals. In order to prevent any adverse effects, it is advised that antacids that contain aluminum or magnesium should not be consumed before or after a few hours of taking the medicine. The dosage schedule should be followed strictly and at a fixed time during the day. Furthermore, patients should try not to miss doses. The common side effects of using the drug includes muscle pain, irritation, headache, diarrhea, cough and sleep problems.
